My first new Major purchase for 2007 is a new washer... The old one I have is one that came with the house and it is starting to not work right. It looks like it is as least 10 to 15 years old so it definitely has seen better days. The one I bought was a repaired one that I got for $200 less than the sticker price. I got a nice deal.
